honest work.
Honest appliance repair, two cities and counting
Kodiak was built to be different from the shops most people are used to dealing with. Same standards, same voice, same fair pricing — whichever city you're in.
Flat-rate, quoted first
Your tech diagnoses the problem, tells you the labour price in dollars, and gets your approval before any work begins. No hourly rate anxiety. No mystery bills.
Parts quoted separately
Parts cost what parts cost — we don't hide them in a bundled number. Parts are priced from what our supplier charges for them, and you see the part and its price before anything is ordered.
Repair-or-replace honesty
Sometimes the honest answer is "buy a new one." We'll tell you when. Most shops won't — we lose the job, you save the money.
Every appliance, explained
How each one fails, how it's diagnosed, and what a repair actually involves — before you pick a city.
Practical reads from a working tech
Honest, flat-rate appliance repair in Edmonton and Calgary. Run by a working tech who wants to do it right.
