No hourly rates. No estimates. You get a firm quote before we touch anything.
We price per job, not per hour. You know the full cost before we start — no clock-watching, no bill shock.
You get a firm flat-rate labor quote before any work begins. Parts quoted separately on your invoice.
Our flat rate is the labor. Parts are quoted separately on your invoice. Two clear numbers, no surprises.
Three simple steps — no surprises, no hidden charges.
A trained tech comes to your home and inspects the appliance. We figure out exactly what's wrong and what it'll take to fix it.
Before we touch anything, you get a firm written quote — flat-rate labor and parts, shown separately. No estimates. What we quote is what you pay if you approve.
You approve, we repair it right then — same visit whenever possible. You pay exactly what was quoted. Not a dollar more.
If you decline the repair after seeing the quote, you only pay our $119 service-call fee. That fee is always disclosed upfront before we arrive — no surprises either way.
Every job gets a firm quote before we start. Here's a realistic picture of what most Edmonton repairs cost.
How labour is priced: The ranges below are labour only. Labour is our flat rate — once we quote it, it doesn't change based on how long the job takes. Parts are quoted separately and appear on your invoice as their own line. You approve before we start.
| Repair Type | Price Range | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Standard repairs | $220 – $350 | Labour — parts replacement or labour-only. Parts quoted separately when needed. |
| Complex repairs | Quoted on-site | Sealed systems, control boards, multi-part failures |
| Service-call fee | $119 | Applied toward repair if you proceed |
A concrete example: Say your Samsung washer needs a drain pump. We quote you the flat-rate labour for that repair before we start — let's call it X dollars. We also tell you what the pump itself costs — let's call that Y. Your invoice is X + Y + GST. If the part turns out to cost more than expected, you see that before we install it.
Why parts are quoted separately: Parts pricing varies — the same part for the same brand can range widely depending on what specifically fails. We can't honestly commit to a "parts-included" total. What we can commit to is the labour, and to showing parts as their own clear line on your invoice.
We stand behind every repair. Here's exactly what's covered.
Every repair includes a 90-day warranty. Same issue returns within 90 days — we come back and fix it, no charge.
Some parts carry a manufacturer's 1-year warranty — we pass it directly to you so you're covered for the full rated term.
Sealed system repairs (refrigerant, compressor, evaporator, condenser) carry a full 1-year warranty. Complex work — backed accordingly.
Some repairs can only be fully guaranteed when the root cause is also addressed. For example: if a dryer's thermostat blows due to a clogged duct, replacing the thermostat alone won't prevent it from happening again. We'll always flag this before you approve — and the warranty applies only when the root cause is resolved.
A lot of repair sites publish a pricing calculator before they’ve done a single job. We’re not going to do that. After we’ve been running in Edmonton for a few months and have real data on the repairs we actually see, we’ll publish a calculator based on real numbers. Until then, the labour ranges on this page are what to expect — your firm quote comes from your tech after diagnosis, before any work begins.
