How does flat-rate pricing work?
After diagnosing your appliance, we give you a firm flat-rate quote for the labor. Parts are quoted separately on your invoice. The labor doesn't change based on how long the job takes. You approve both before we start — no surprises.
How quickly can you come out?
When we open in October 2026, we plan to offer same-day appointments in most cases for morning bookings, plus morning and afternoon appointment windows. Next-day will also be available. Join the waitlist to be among the first to book.
What areas do you service?
We cover all Edmonton areas — North, South, East, West, and Downtown. We also service surrounding communities including St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove, Leduc, and Fort Saskatchewan. Not sure if we cover your area? Give us a call.
What appliances do you repair?
We repair washers, dryers, refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, stoves, ovens, ranges, and over-the-range microwaves. We service all major brands including Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, Maytag, GE, Bosch, Frigidaire, Electrolux, Kenmore, and many more.
Do you carry parts on the truck?
Yes — our technicians carry the most commonly needed parts on their trucks. This means most repairs are completed on the first visit. If a specific part needs to be ordered, we'll let you know and schedule a follow-up as quickly as possible.
Is the diagnostic fee included in the repair cost?
Yes. When you approve the repair, the diagnostic fee is waived — it becomes part of the flat-rate repair price. You only pay the diagnostic fee if you decline the repair after we've diagnosed the problem.
What brands do you service?
We service virtually all major appliance brands including Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, Maytag, GE, KitchenAid, Bosch, Frigidaire, Electrolux, Kenmore, Miele, Sub-Zero, Viking, Thermador, Fisher & Paykel, Blomberg, Danby, Speed Queen, Amana, Inglis, Moffat, and more.
Is my repair guaranteed?
Yes. We stand behind our work. If the same problem comes back after our repair, we'll return and make it right. We use quality parts and do the job properly the first time.
Do I need to be home during the repair?
Yes, an adult (18+) must be present at the property during the service call. This is both for access and to approve the quoted repair price before we begin.
How do I pay?
We accept cash, e-transfer, and all major credit and debit cards. Payment is collected at the time of the completed repair.
Can you fix my appliance if it's under warranty?
If your appliance is under manufacturer's warranty, you should contact the manufacturer first — they may cover the repair cost. If your warranty has expired or doesn't cover the issue, we're happy to help.
Do you offer commercial or rental property repairs?
Yes. We work with landlords and property managers across Edmonton. If you manage multiple properties, contact us to discuss priority scheduling.
