Complex jobs

Higher — quoted on-site

Multi-part failures, jobs needing two people, appliances in tight or built-in spaces, and repairs where the time varies too much to flat-rate. Priced on diagnosis.

How it works: Labour is our flat rate, quoted before we start. Parts are quoted separately. Some parts take longer to source; we'll always tell you upfront.

Do you work on Samsung smart appliances?

Yes. Kodiak techs work on all Samsung appliance lines including models with Wi-Fi and smart home integration. Error codes, sensor issues, and control board faults are all within our scope.

Will you clear Samsung error codes permanently or just reset them?

We find and fix the root cause before clearing any code. A reset without a repair means the code comes back — that's not how we work.

My Samsung fridge is still under manufacturer warranty — does that affect your service?

We service Samsung appliances regardless of warranty status. If your unit is within the Samsung warranty period, check with Samsung first — their warranty service may cover the repair at no cost to you.

Do you carry Samsung parts?

We’ll stock common Samsung-compatible parts on every truck. For less common components we order directly and schedule a follow-up, usually within a few business days.

Can you repair a Samsung glass-top stove?

Yes. We service Samsung ranges including smooth-top models.

Do you do warranty repairs?

We do post-warranty repairs only. If your appliance is still under the manufacturer's warranty, contact the brand directly to have an authorized warranty technician handle it. Once the warranty period has passed, we're happy to step in — flat-rate pricing, and a 90-day warranty on our own parts and labour.
