We confirm your appointment and give you an arrival window.
Your technician texts when on the way with a 3-hour arrival window.
Tech checks pump, spray arms, door latch, water inlet, and control board.
Flat-rate labour, parts quoted separately. You see both before we touch anything.
The most commonly needed dishwasher parts will be on the truck. Most repairs done same visit.
Calgary's water has moderate hardness, which causes mineral buildup on spray arms and the heating element. This is often a spray arm or inlet valve issue combined with hard-water scale — we clean and repair both on the same visit.
Both cause poor cleaning but they're different repairs. The diagnosis is quick in person: if water pressure is fine but distribution is uneven, it's the spray arm. If the machine sounds normal but dishes stay dirty, it's often the wash pump.
If the repair is under 50% of a new unit and the machine is under 8 years old, repair almost always wins. Dishwashers are relatively inexpensive to fix — control boards and pumps are the most expensive items.
We primarily service built-in dishwashers. Call us for countertop units and we'll advise whether repair is practical.
We prioritise morning bookings across Calgary where the routing allows. Get in touch to be one of the first to book.

Modern laundry comes in seven main configurations. Each has different repair labour because the install style affects access. Here's what we service — and the few cases where we honestly recommend something else.
The default in most Calgary kitchens. Slides under the counter, connected to dedicated plumbing and electrical. All major brands — Bosch, KitchenAid, Whirlpool, Samsung, LG, Miele.
Narrower built-in for apartments, small kitchens, or where cabinetry is tight. Same mechanical platform as the 24" — same servicing model, just less capacity per cycle.
Rolling unit with a faucet quick-connect, often a butcher-block top for extra counter space. Common in condos and rentals. We service them — same internals as built-ins, just on wheels.
Fisher & Paykel-style single or double drawer. Each drawer is its own self-contained unit with its own motor and pump — specialty parts can take longer to source.
Built-ins with a custom cabinet panel attached to the door so they disappear into the millwork (Bosch, Miele, Asko, Cove). Labour includes removing the panel before any service — we quote that up front.
We service all major dishwasher brands sold in Canada, including:
Labour for most dishwasher repairs typically falls in the $220–$350 range — whether it's parts replacement (drain pump, door latch, water inlet valve) or a labour-only fix (rack alignment, simple drain clog). Parts are quoted separately when needed. Both numbers shown before we start, no surprises.
