With a wall oven, getting to the part is most of the job. It comes out of the cabinet on its own weight, and on a double that's twice the machine in the same opening.
Element, thermal fuse, sensor or board. On a double, tell us which cavity — upper and lower have their own parts and often fail independently.
On a double oven the two halves are largely separate. One dead cavity is usually its own element or relay, not the whole appliance.
Sensor drift, or a convection fan that has stopped moving air. Worth diagnosing before you start compensating with the dial.
Motor or bearing. It gets louder before it stops, so a new noise is worth a call.
The latch motor didn't release. The oven is fine; the lock isn't.
Inner glass can go without warning. Replaceable, and the door comes apart to do it.
The door stops sitting square and heat escapes at the top. Hinges are replaceable in pairs.
Control board or the ribbon behind it. We test the chain rather than replacing the most expensive part first.
Read us the code when you call. On built-ins it often decides whether the oven has to come out at all.
Wall ovens are built into cabinetry rather than standing on the floor, so access is from the front and the cabinet opening sets the terms. Two configurations.
One cavity built into a cabinet. Bake element, sensor and door hinges are the three things we replace most, and all three are reachable from the front.
Two cavities stacked in one opening, sharing a control board. Worth telling us which cavity is affected when you call — upper and lower are different parts.
We service all major wall oven brands sold in Canada, including:

Yes. We service glass-top ranges — burner issues, control panel faults, cracked glass assessment, and element problems beneath the surface.
Yes, it's common. The burners and oven use separate heating elements and controls. An oven that doesn't heat while burners work fine usually points to the bake element or oven thermostat.
